Want to tighten up the steering? Change the gearing in the power steering box, or head over to Classic Industries where they offer power steering gear boxes with different ratios. I have the 3 1//2 turns which is standard from the factory. You can upgrade to a 2 1/2 turns gear box which is roughly a 12:1 ratio. And if your a high speed racer they also offer a 4 1/2 turns gear box. Heres the link! http://www.classicindustries.com/impala/parts/steering/steering-rack-components/?p=1&sb=0

2nd Gen F-bodys, Z28's and TA's, have quick ratio steering boxes in them and they bolt right into our B-bodies.
The hoses line right up too.

I read something about how a 91-93 s10 with manual steering boxes, the box will bolt right to the b body frame.
