parting out two impalas
I have 2 two door impalas that I bought for parts for my 79 caprice. Needless to say I don't need 3 of everything so let me know what your looking for. For those on facebook, I also created a 1977-1979 caprice/impala group that I posted some pictures in of the cars that I'm parting out.

Re: parting out two impalas
The actual name of the Facebook group page is "1977-1979 caprice/impala parts exchange" if anyone wants to see pictures.

Re: parting out two impalas
No one needs anything? 77 impala, baby blue interior. Car was rear ended, but still tons of great parts. Other one as a 79 impala. Some damage to the front from a small tree falling on the car, red interior. Lots of usable parts but the car is pretty rusty. And if someone can tell me how to post pictures on here I will.

The OP doesn't seem to be answering peoples requests so I'll step in to help.
Here's what I have for parts:
To some people a full nose clip includes the hood, fenders, etc. To others it's just the header assembly. To others it's the header assembly along with the radiator core support. This will be much easier if you just provide a detailed list of parts you need.
*edit
Yes, it's an Impala header panel. The previous owner installed an 80s Caprice hood ornament on it which I've removed.

Re: parting out two impalas
I need the cosmetic pieces only. The filler panels, marker lamps, grill, headlight buckets, and whatever mounting clips or brackets that come with them.

The parts are going fast. All I have left of the whole front end is the upper and lower grills w/moldings, and the 2 headlight buckets/assemblies.
The HL assemblies will need repair as the upper rear mounting holes are broken on them both.
77 Impala Upper grill with chrome bottom molding, and both matching lower grills. $90
77 Impala Upper grill molding. $25
Right now I don't have pics of the HLs because I planned on restoring them first before selling them. If you want them as is, they're $35 each.
I'll do a bundle deal at $160 for everything. LMK if you're interested.

Re: parting out two impalas
I checked your other link, (thanks for that) and have a better idea of what I actually need - please let me know if these are still avail:
--77/78 Impala header panel (I believe this is the top nose piece between the hood and grill?)
--77/78 Impala fender extensions with marker lights L&R
--77 Caprice L&R tail lights/bezel
Thank you so much for quick replies and pictures!

Re: parting out two impalas
No, they're no longer available. I only have the grills and moldings left. I sold my last 77 Caprice TL over the weekend too.
To switch to Caprice TLs, you'll have to replace the entire rear assembly including the fillers. Here's what you'll have to remove from your car to do the swap -
I can find and get you all the parts you need, but to insure a buyer is for real I'm afraid I now require a non-refundable "good faith" deposit before I invest any time on it.

Location of the cars?????
It would help if you let us know approximately WHERE your located.
I don't do Facebook. So the information would be nice here.
Are the doors good on the 79? What color interiors, etc.
Thanks

about '79 parts
Looking for both door sill plates and a solid rear bumper for my '79 caprice. Also the interior plastic panels just inside the back as you open the door (they run up the body some and are usually dry rotted). Thanks.
