On this 1979 delta 88 the rear was swapped to a 5inch bolt circle years ago, but the front is still the smaller 4.75. What is the easiest and cheapest way to get the 5x5 pattern. No spacers are not an option with the wheel I want to use. Is there a standard rotor that can be used with my current spindle?

The only way I'm aware of to get the 5x5 pattern is to upgrade your spindles and brakes to the larger 12" setup. There's a write-up on how to do it on here somewhere that includes part numbers.

5 x 5 bolt circle front bake rotor
I think any 1991-96 Caprice front rotor assembly will fit on your spindles. They are identical to the 77-90 but with 5 x 5 not 5 x 4.75.
