winter for 79
Mine stays in the pole building out of the ice and SALT!
Besides the 3.73 gears w/posi. would not make it fun. Plus 275x60x15 tires. Floating.
And I'm trying to save what good metal is there now. Bottom of the doors are gone.
Still looking for a pair that's in better shape. And not too far away to purchase.
Nice car though.

Re: Weather lately
Thanks. I have to fix my quarters and lower doors aside from that no rust above or underneath with any
serious threat to it. I paint and undercoat every season to prevent rust, it works pretty well no matter the salt.
Around here it snows from September through April so I wouldn't like waiting all that time to drive my Imp I enjoy it too
much. Buick was the best with rust prevention you still see a ton of 80s and 90s Buicks running the roads without
too much rust here.

Salt roads
I prefer to keep it off the roads and safely in the barn. I have it loaded with antifreeze. And a battery tender on.
My cat likes to sleep on the roof. I put an old blanket up there for her.

Re: Weather lately
You can have that white stuff! We didn't get much this year and I'm not complaining. It was a very mild winter here in Kentucky. This was the first year I was able to work on my cars in January, February, and most of March.lol. Quite nice actually...although I fear a terrible summer may be coming...
