    Cruise/turn lever for 1983 Caprice Empty Cruise/turn lever for 1983 Caprice

    My buddy has a 1983 Caprice with a broken cruise/turn lever, and he tells me that this perticular one was made only for the year 1983.
    Is that correct?
    Can he use a lever from another car/year?
    No wiper on this one, only cruise/turn
