1977-1979 Caprice Landau Emblems

Hi All,
I'm looking for a set of 1977-1979 Caprice Landau Emblems that go on the sail panels.  I think they are specific for 1977-1979. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the welcome to the site. I have a 1978 Caprice Landau I'm working on. I'm trying to round up some of the parts that have been lost over the years. It has a cobbled together front clip that has 1977 caprice headlight assemblies with wrong trim and someone actually hacksawed a mid 80's grill to fit it. So I have a little work to do.

Welcome to the forum!  You found the right place to come for info, specs, parts, tips and tricks for our beloved 77-79 B-bodies.  
Feel free to DL copies of the Fisher Body Service Manual, (the 79 one for you), parts ID lists, and any of the other info we have posted.

Someplace around I have one emblem, but I think I glued a magnet to the back of it so I could stick it to my refrigerator, lol.   I'm pretty sure I used rubber cement so the magnet could be easily removed.  If I find it, you can have it.  I'll keep my eyes open for a pair for you too.

If you're interested, I have a 78 Caprice grill in fantastic condition.  $75  Please see pic.  


If you're talking the "L" shaped bright trim on the headlight assemblies, I have some spares of them too.  $20 each.   See pic.


If your headlight housings are broken, I have reconditioned ones.
 
They come complete with all the mounting hardware too.   $149 each.

I'll keep you in mind on the l shaped pieces, I need to check mine to see how pitted they are and also the I might need the fender extension chrome trim as well but need to look at them. I've also got several set of the headlight bucket assemblies that are in various shades of having the mounting holes warn out so I will check to see how much work I have to do. I will try to get pictures posted at some point, having some upload issues right now. I'm sure as I go along I will need parts I don't know about yet. I do have one other question though. Do you have any of the round pod gage clusters for 77-79?

Yup.  $150+shipping for the gauge cluster.  I have standard, metric, and the round ones from the 80-84s.  The pin-out on the big plug is different than the rectangular ones, so all come with the big plug and 6"-8" of wire to splice into.

I see you have a couple of left fenders, are they still available?  I may be heading your way in a few weeks and was thinking that may be a time to do some business with you.  Also about the gauge packages, do you have just the wring plug for 77-79?  I have the gauge package but was not given the plug.  Also still having a tough time coming up with the 77-79 Landau emblems.  Happen upon any in you travels yet?

At this time all I can help with would be the fenders.  I have 2 "OK" ones you can have for free, or a real good rust free one for $100.
Sorry, if I sell the gauge cluster plug it renders the cluster useless.  No luck with the emblems.
