Why yes, I did watch it. I wasn't too impressed, but knowing what I know, my opinion would be far different from someone who has never built or even been around KITT cars before. To the general public, it was probably a cool build, but to those of us in the know, it had us laughing and reeling at the same time. The tail light black out install was the funniest thing in the whole show. I had tears in my eyes watching them spend a day and a half on what should have taken an hour tops.lol That's the easiest install on these cars and here's a hint: You KEEP the factory tail lights and only remove the outer tint shell covers.lol The seats were just plain awful and full of wrinkles for $1,500.00. They did manage to get William Daniels (the true KITT voice) to do some voicing though and that was cool.
Obviously, GMG found out you cannot build one of these cars in a couple of weeks which is why they bought one already pretty much done and only ended up doing a few things to it. It was a fun, quirky episode to watch and it was nice to see KITT on TV again. I think it will re-air this Sunday for those that missed it.
