Products look good I eyed them on Ebay for some time when I actually called them twice for information and emailed

I didn't get any. Very poor customer service. I then found these guys

Their customer service rep spent over an hour on the phone with me and followed up with an email

after the Upper and Lowers I bought were delivered. I am not arguing brands but that really irked me

that that they could not be bothered to even offer support info for their products.

I second that, UMI customer service is horrible.
